This terrace had harbour views, strong design credentials and the sort of indoor-outdoor flow that makes family life easier rather than more complicated. It also had a position close to the school, the water and the best parts of peninsula living, which made it a real long-term play rather than just a short-term upgrade.

There was a nice personal overlap here too. The families happened to welcome babies at the same hospital around the same time, which made the purchase feel even more memorable.
