Leafy, private and right on brief in Concord

Kevin was thorough, determined and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. And wow did he deliver!
This Concord apartment ticked those boxes nicely. Set in a boutique complex with garden surrounds, it had good natural light, a strong sense of privacy and the sort of easy layout that works well from day one. Just as importantly, it sat close to Majors Bay Road and the future metro, which gave the location extra depth.
Our role was to move quickly without getting sloppy. Petra has spoken about how thorough and determined the process felt, and that’s usually the sweet spot for first-home buyers. we know the market, know the agents and stay tightly aligned to the brief instead of drifting into whatever happens to be available that week.
We liked this one because it never drifted from the original brief. It would have been easy to chase larger apartments or shinier buildings, but the better fit was privacy, light and liveability in a suburb with plenty of long-term appeal. That’s what we stayed focused on.
