The top-floor position helped. So did the north-facing light and the private rooftop terrace with district views. It had the kind of layout and aspect that makes apartment living feel generous rather than purely functional, and it sat close to all the transport, village life and convenience that make Wollstonecraft such a strong base.
For a first purchase, that matters. It’s one thing to buy into the market. It’s another to buy something you’ll still feel good about once the adrenaline wears off. This one gave Andre and Anna exactly that: a smart foothold in a suburb that’s hard to regret.
A lot of first-home apartment searches end with buyers choosing the least compromised option rather than one they actually love. We’re always trying to avoid that outcome. In this case, the combination of aspect, terrace and location meant there was real upside in the lived experience too.
