After years of fruitless searching for my forever apartment, I finally coopted the services of Kevin who found me exactly what I wanted
Downsizing rarely works if it feels like a step back. This Rozelle apartment gave our client the ease she wanted without losing light, quality or connection to the area she already knew well.
The apartment at Union Balmain did that job well. North-east facing, full of natural light and with strong internal quality, it offered the ease of apartment living without feeling generic or cramped. The balcony, gardens outlook and city glimpses added the sort of calm, open feel downsizers often want but don’t always find.
Pam’s review gets to the heart of it: we used his network and know-how to find the one property that actually lined up with the must-have list. And just as importantly, the support didn’t stop once the apartment was found. That matters a lot in a downsize, where the emotional side of the move is usually bigger than people admit.
Downsizer briefs are often very specific, and rightly so. By that stage, buyers know exactly what they won’t put up with. Our job was to stay patient enough to wait for the one that genuinely matched the list rather than trying to force a near miss into a yes.
