Kevin brought local knowledge and a calming presence. He helped me assess properties and their value more dispassionately.
Birchgrove ended up being the perfect fit. This Victorian terrace had the charm, position and long-term upside Heidi was after, along with those sweeping city and Harbour Bridge views that are pretty hard to ignore. It also sat in that sweet spot above Mort Bay where things feel quiet and tucked away, but still very connected to the rest of the peninsula.
Our role here was part sounding board, part local guide and part negotiator. In a hot market, that matters. Heidi has spoken about how valuable it was to have someone bring local knowledge and a calmer head to the process. That combination helped turn a pretty emotional search into a confident move forward.
We also knew this one had to feel right emotionally as well as strategically. When someone is buying after a major life change, our role is partly to filter hard and partly to keep the process steady enough that the right home doesn’t get lost in the noise.
