From Stress to Success: Silvana’s Journey to Her Dream Home

Searching for a property is a full-time role and with the lack of time and expertise on my hands, the only solution was to engage a property agent that I got along with AKA Kevin from Parker Hadley!

I had a vision in mind and a few key things I was looking for. Kevin got to get to know me, my style, the non-negotiable’s, location and budget and he introduced me to a few properties. Kevin knows the real estate industry and real estate agents very well and took all the hard work and time away from me! He did all the research and told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear which I really apricated as I was crushed for time.

Kevin and I went to see a few properties and within a matter of 24hours I saw, I offered, and I got to buy my ideal property in the location I wanted with everything I was looking for! When you know, you just know!

Kevin was introduced to me by a very good friend and after the brief chat over the phone we just got each other, and I knew I was in good hands.

Kevin was available for me when I needed and it was great having him there to bounce ideas, concerns at a drop of a hat!

He really made the whole process super easy and was with me for every step of the way and still is!

I’ve got a very high stress job and knowing that someone was in my court when I couldn’t be was a huge weight off my shoulders.
