Challenge

We were lucky enough to be able help this lovely young family with the purchase of their new family home. They had outgrown their old place with the arrival of their beautiful little daughter and needed a place that had more room for mountains of toys and for Mum n Dad.

Approach

Parker Hadley were really attentive to our property scope, and as such found us various opportunities which fitted our brief perfectly. We attempted to negotiate pre-auction, but the agent was adamant that the owner wanted the reserve he had set and would not accept anything less. So off to auction we went. After eliminating various options and when making our final decision, Parker Hadley took the time to thoroughly advise on the real estate negotiation process prior to auction, then followed with actual auction day guidance.
